Single-cell Omic Profiling

Single-cell technologies measure the cell-to-cell variability inherent to every biological system, revealing clinically relevant subpopulations otherwise obscured by population-averaged analyses. Droplet microfluidics has emerged as an ideal platform for single-cell studies and has been used in a range of applications. Droplet microfluidics has low sample input requirements and enables absolute quantitation, overcoming two key disadvantages of standard enzymatic assays. We will integrate our biomarker and microfluidics expertise to order to develop a single-cell, multi-omics, profiling platform.
