Welcome to the Pratt Laboratory
We are an engineering-driven cancer research laboratory. Our mission is the design of liquid biopsy assays for non-invasive cancer monitoring. We work at the interface of engineering, chemical biology, and oncology.
The following projects will be presented during the 2023 BMES Annual Meeting, held October 11th - 14th in Seattle, WA: “Optimization and Expansion of Digital PCR Multiplexing for Rare Mutation Detection” presented by Colin Skeen in the Imaging Strategies in Cancer Detection, Diagnosis, and Prognosis session on October 13th from 8:30-8:45 AM.
