The following research will be presented during the 2025 US HUPO (US Human Proteome Organization) Conference, held February 22nd - 26th in Philadelphia, PA: “Measuring Methyltransferase Activity using Cell-Deliverable Affinity-Based Peptide Probes (cAfBPs)” will be presented by Loran Gliford on Tuesday, February 25th, 4:30-6:00 PM.
We are excited to host Andrés Quiñones-Molina (BSEng Bioengineering, University of Pittsburgh) for a rotation in the Pratt Lab. We look forward to working together on some exciting science!
Congratulations to Colin Skeen for his recent paper submission! His work presents a standardized pre-PCR enrichment method to improve mutation profiling of circulating cell-free DNA. The manuscript is currently available as a preprint on bioRxiv.
Congratulations to Sanaya Tonsekar and Terry Chen on receiving funding for Spring semester from the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program! At the conclusion of the semester, both will present their research at the BU Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium.
We are excited to host three new rotation students in the Pratt Lab. Welcome to Suraj Math (BS Biotechnology, Savitribai Phule Pune University), Heather Murray (BS Biomedical Engineering, Vanderbilt University), and Sicheng Pang (BS Engineering Science, Smith College).
